Undersold analyzes career materials, asks questions to uncover missing evidence, and helps create resumes, LinkedIn copy, cover letters, interview preparation, and related job-search materials. The product uses automated systems and AI providers to perform parts of that work.

Undersold is a career-writing tool. It does not make hiring decisions, act for an employer, or promise that a document will produce an interview, offer, promotion, or other employment outcome. See AI limitations for the review and verification you should apply to anything the product generates.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Undersold. A free account is required before the first generated resume. Sign-in uses an emailed link, and the account holds saved sessions, profile details, evidence, generated materials, plan status, and privacy choices.

Use an email address you control and protect access to that inbox. Anyone who can read your email can reach your account. Keep the career facts you confirm accurate, and submit only material you are authorized to share.

One person, one account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Do not use Undersold to:

• submit confidential information, trade secrets, or personal data about other people that you are not authorized to share;
• fabricate credentials, employment history, education, or qualifications;
• attack, overload, probe, or circumvent the service, its rate limits, its plan allowances, or its abuse controls;
• create multiple accounts to obtain additional free usage, or resell or redistribute access to the service; or
• break the law, or infringe anyone else’s rights.

We may limit, suspend, or close an account that does these things, and we may do so without notice when the activity is causing harm or cost. Saved work stays exportable except where the activity itself makes that unsafe. If you think a decision was wrong, write to us and a person will look at it.

Free includes a score, an automatic Baseline resume, one guided interview, and one evidence-backed rebuild after the participation requirement is met. Starter adds 10 resume builds and five guided interviews per monthly billing period, direct editing, history, and five general-purpose cover letters. Premium adds the job-specific toolkit, including 30 resume builds, 30 guided interviews, 30 resume tailors, 30 cover letters, five LinkedIn generations, five interview prep packs, and 10 mock interviews per monthly billing period.

Starter and Premium checkout are recurring Stripe subscriptions. The active price and cadence are read from the verified Stripe Price and displayed before checkout can open. Premium is offered monthly or quarterly at checkout; active monthly Premium subscribers may also switch to quarterly from their account at renewal. Renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are set out in the billing and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

When paid access ends or a payment needs attention, previously saved work remains readable and exportable. New paid generation operations can be blocked until an active plan is restored.

You keep ownership of the materials you upload and of the documents the product generates for you. You give Undersold permission to store and process that material, and to send it to the AI providers listed in the privacy notice, for the purpose of providing the service to you. That permission ends when you delete the material or your account, except for copies retained in backups for a limited period.

The product is designed to build from uploaded career materials and facts you provide or confirm. Automated checks reduce the risk of unsupported statements, but they cannot guarantee that every omission, inference, score, or generated sentence is correct.

Before you use a resume, profile, letter, or interview answer, review it for accuracy, authorization, confidentiality, and suitability for the specific application. The final document goes out under your name, and the facts in it are yours to stand behind.

Undersold is in open beta. Features, allowances, and plan contents can change as the product develops, and some things will break. We post a notice on this page before any change that meaningfully affects what you agreed to, and the effective date above tells you which version is current.

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your workspace. If you have a question about these terms, write to info@undersold.ai.
